The Problem

Most survey approaches in Salesforce hit the same walls

Whether you're wiring Flows by hand, stitching in a third-party tool, or starting from scratch — the same friction points keep coming up.

Building Flows manually is slow admin work

Wiring 40+ screen fields by hand, setting up validation rules, and creating data objects takes hours — for a single survey. Any edit means doing it again.

Survey data lives outside Salesforce

Third-party tools require exports, field mapping, and imports just to connect responses to the Contacts and Accounts they belong to — if you bother at all.

Writing good questions from scratch takes expertise

Professional survey design — right display types, logical flow, skip logic — takes domain knowledge most teams don't have on standby when a new survey is needed.

Distribution is a manual patchwork

Which link goes to which audience, who completed it, follow-up reminders — stitched together manually across disconnected tools with no single source of truth.

Multiple versions for different audiences become chaos

Member vs. Supervisor variants, Round 1 vs. Round 2 — keeping track of which version went where turns into a spreadsheet of spreadsheets with no guardrails.

Reporting requires a whole separate layer

Most tools trap answers in JSON blobs or external databases — forcing you to build an ETL pipeline or a custom BI integration before anyone can read the results.

From Prompt to Production

Go from a prompt or spreadsheet to a deployed, distributed, and reported-on survey — all native in Salesforce, without touching the Flow builder canvas.

Two ways to start — same engine

Describe it in a prompt
Import a spreadsheet spec

Ground it in your business — add your website URL to a prompt and AutoSurvey reads your live site, so the questions reference your real products and voice, not a generic template.

Deploy in one click

Generates the object, fields, multi-page Screen Flow, and page layout in your org — no Flow canvas wiring.

Distribute

Run behind login, share a public link or QR, embed it in Experience Cloud, or email a Salesforce Campaign's members.

Your spreadsheet is the source of truth

AI-drafted questions land in a connected Google Sheet — your editable source of truth. Tweak any question's wording, display type, options, or order, then re-import and redeploy: the Screen Flow regenerates from your Sheet, so what's in the spreadsheet is exactly what ships.

Prefer to stay in Salesforce? You never have to open the Sheet — it's there when you want bulk control over 50+ questions, not a required step.

Structured CRM Data

One Engine. Two Experience Modes.

Two runtime styles. Same engine. Switch anytime.

Rich Survey Experience

Default mode. A polished, respondent-facing UI with enhanced components, controlled width, and custom styling. Perfect for customer satisfaction, net promoter, and public intakes.

  • Enhanced LWC wrappers
  • Optimized for mobile & desktop
  • Brand-ready aesthetics

Flow‑Builder Friendly

Native mode. Generates clean, standard Flow components with minimal custom styling. Designed for admins who want to open the Flow in Builder and extend it immediately.

  • Standard Flow components
  • Easy to edit logic visually
  • Zero custom code dependencies
Build → Run → Share

Built once. Shared everywhere.

One survey, everywhere it needs to be — embedded behind login, dropped on an Experience Cloud page, shared as a public link or QR, or emailed to a campaign audience.

It's the same generated Screen Flow on every channel — no rebuild, no re-export. Build it once; AutoSurvey meets your respondents wherever they are.

Admin Superpowers

Built for the Salesforce Admin

Stop manually wiring hundreds of screen fields. AutoSurvey handles the tedious metadata generation so you can focus on logic and strategy.

  • Extensible in Flow Builder

It's not a black box. Open the generated Flow and add Decisions, Actions, or specialized screens.

  • Native Data Model

Responses save to standard or custom objects. No proprietary external databases to sync.

  • Validations & Logic

Define required fields and regex patterns in your prompt or spec. They deploy as Flow logic and validation.

Scale Complex Survey Programs

Managing one survey is easy. Managing 50 variants for different audiences and timepoints is where AutoSurvey shines.

The Audience × Wave Matrix

Define your questions once. Then map them to specific audiences (e.g., Members, Supervisors) and waves (e.g., Round 1, Round 2).

AutoSurvey generates a unique, targeted Flow for each combination automatically. No version control chaos.

Reporting, Solved

Most survey tools trap answers in JSON blobs or external silos. AutoSurvey saves every response as real Salesforce records — and writes them two ways at once, so you never have to choose up front: a standard Salesforce object for point-and-click reporting, and a flexible answer table for deeper and BI analysis.

A One record per response — a standard Salesforce object

The shape most admins expect: one row per submission, each question its own field, plus Audience, Wave/Round, Started, Completed and Status. Because it's a normal object, native Salesforce Reports & Dashboards work on it out of the box — group by Audience, chart % Completed, no extra setup. Use this when your questions are stable and you want point-and-click Salesforce reporting.

B One record per answer — a flexible answer table

One row per answer (question key + value), so the schema never changes when your questions do. Ideal for tracking results across changing question sets and for feeding BI tools like Tableau or CRM Analytics — a tall answer table is exactly what they want for pivots, trends and cross-survey analysis. Use this when you want to find drop-off points, compare waves, or slice across surveys.

You get both, automatically — native Salesforce reporting on the object, plus a flexible answer table for BI tools. No decision up front.

Trusted Architecture

Response data stays in Salesforce objects. AutoSurvey runs as a native application in your org. AI generation uses an API call; you control what’s sent for generation (e.g., prompts/specs). Runtime execution, permissions, and storage remain on-platform in Salesforce.

Native Security Respects all Salesforce Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
Zero Data Egress Respondent data is saved directly to your objects.
Admin Controlled You control who can generate flows and who can view results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does AutoSurvey run as a real Salesforce Flow?
Yes. AutoSurvey generates native Screen Flow metadata. You can view, run, and even edit the generated Flows directly in Salesforce Setup > Flows.
Can admins edit the generated Flow?
Absolutely. Especially with "Flow-Builder Friendly" mode, the output is standard elements. You can add decisions, actions, and custom screens just like any other Flow.
Do I have to use Google Sheets?
No. The spreadsheet is optional. It's great for bulk editing 50+ questions, but you can rely entirely on the AI prompt-to-build workflow if you prefer.
Where does response data live?
Directly in your Salesforce objects. We don't store your data on any external servers.
How do you handle changes to a survey over time?
AutoSurvey handles versioning automatically. Each deploy creates a new Flow version. The Audience x Wave matrix allows you to run different versions for different groups simultaneously.
Can I target different audiences with different versions?
Yes. The "Matrix" feature lets you map specific questions to specific audiences (e.g. Member vs Supervisor) and generate targeted Flows for each.
Does it work in Experience Cloud?
Yes, simply drag the Flow component onto any Experience Cloud page. It inherits your site's theme automatically.
What about security review and data privacy?
Since AutoSurvey runs on-platform, it respects all Salesforce security controls (Shield, Sharing Rules, Field Level Security). We are a Salesforce ISV partner.
