Overview

AutoSurvey is a Google Sheets-based tool that helps you design survey flows for Salesforce. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

What We Access

AutoSurvey accesses ONLY the specific Google Sheet where it is installed to:

Read survey questions and configuration
Write validation results to the Errors sheet
Save user preferences in the Config sheet
Generate Salesforce Flow metadata

Important: AutoSurvey can ONLY access the sheet where you authorize it. Your other Google Sheets are completely protected and inaccessible to AutoSurvey.

What We Don't Collect

❌ We do NOT store your sheet data on external servers
❌ We do NOT share your data with third parties
❌ We do NOT track your usage outside of Google Sheets
❌ We do NOT access any of your other Google Sheets
❌ All data remains in YOUR Google Drive

Data Storage

Configuration: Stored in the Config sheet within YOUR Google Drive
Validation results: Stored in the Errors sheet within YOUR Google Drive
NO external storage: All data stays in your Google Sheet
NO cloud sync: We do not sync your data to any external servers

Salesforce Integration

When you deploy to Salesforce:

Flow metadata is sent directly from YOUR browser to YOUR Salesforce org
You control the Salesforce connection via OAuth
We do NOT access your Salesforce data
We do NOT store Salesforce credentials

Third-Party Services

AutoSurvey uses:

Google Apps Script: Runs code within Google's infrastructure
Your Salesforce Org: When you explicitly deploy flows

AutoSurvey does NOT use:

Analytics services
Advertising networks
External databases or servers

Security

Each Google Sheet requires separate authorization (per-sheet security)
Authorizations can be revoked at any time
All operations happen within Google's secure infrastructure
No data transmission to external servers

Your Rights

You can:

Revoke access at any time: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps
Delete data: Simply delete the Google Sheet or remove AutoSurvey tabs
Export data: Your data is always in your Google Sheet (File → Download)

Children's Privacy

AutoSurvey is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of AutoSurvey constitutes acceptance of any changes.
