Acceptance of Terms

By using AutoSurvey, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use AutoSurvey.

Service Description

AutoSurvey is a Google Sheets add-on that:

  • Helps design survey flows for Salesforce
  • Validates survey structure and configuration
  • Generates Salesforce Flow metadata
  • Operates entirely within Google Sheets

Scope of Access

Important: AutoSurvey only accesses the specific Google Sheet where you authorize it. Each sheet requires separate authorization. Your other Google Sheets remain completely inaccessible to AutoSurvey.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use AutoSurvey for lawful purposes only
  • Maintain the security of your Google and Salesforce accounts
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Backup your data regularly (we recommend Google Sheets version history)

Data Ownership

  • ✓ YOU own all data in your Google Sheets
  • ✓ YOU control access to your Salesforce org
  • ✗ WE do NOT claim any rights to your survey data or configurations
  • ✗ WE do NOT store your data outside of your Google Drive

Service Availability

AutoSurvey is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with future Google or Salesforce updates

Limitation of Liability

AutoSurvey is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Data loss (please backup your sheets regularly)
  • Salesforce deployment issues (test in sandbox first)
  • Third-party service outages (Google, Salesforce)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business interruption

Intellectual Property

AutoSurvey and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mindshare Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

You may stop using AutoSurvey at any time by:

  • Revoking authorization in your Google Account settings
  • Removing AutoSurvey from your Google Sheet
  • Deleting the Google Sheet

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of AutoSurvey after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mindshare Studio regarding the use of AutoSurvey and supersede any prior agreements.
