What is a Salesforce-native survey app?

A Salesforce-native survey app runs inside your own Salesforce org. You create, send and run the survey in Salesforce, and each response is a Salesforce record in your org. AutoSurvey is a survey app of this kind. It is a managed package, and it costs $4,800 per org per year.

Native or connected: the difference

A connected survey tool keeps the survey and the answers in its own system. A connector or a sync job then copies some of the answers into Salesforce. Somebody must keep that mapping working.
A native app has no copy step. The response is created as a Salesforce record when the respondent submits. Your Salesforce reports, list views and record-triggered Flows can use it at once.

What AutoSurvey does in your org

Create or import a survey: describe it, paste your questions, or import it from GetFeedback, Typeform, Google Forms or SurveyMonkey.
Send it from a Campaign, a pasted list or a Flow, with reminders and suppression. Or share a public link or a QR code.
Each response is a Salesforce record. AutoSurvey calculates the primary score on submission.
Write the answers and the score you choose to the Lead, Contact, Case or custom record that the survey is about.
Report on the responses with native CX report types and your own dashboards.

Is AutoSurvey on the AppExchange?

AutoSurvey is in AppExchange security review. Until the review is complete, you can try it in a trial org that we provide. Nothing to install, and nothing changes in your production org.

What does AutoSurvey cost?

AutoSurvey is $4,800 per org per year. Every user, every response, no add-ons. Founding customers pay half, locked for three years: $2,400 for the first 10 companies, and $1,200 for the first 10 nonprofits. Design partners: the first year is free. AI-assisted authoring is included. You do not need Agentforce.
