Can I run surveys from Salesforce without Zapier or a connector?
Yes. AutoSurvey runs the survey inside your Salesforce org. The response is a Salesforce record when the respondent submits. No integration platform such as Zapier, Workato or MuleSoft, and no sync job, sits between the response and the record.
What you do not need
- No connector to map and keep working.
- No export, and no spreadsheet you have to touch.
- No second system for your team to log in to.
What you still set up
- A Salesforce admin installs the managed package and assigns the permission sets.
- If you want answers on a record, the survey author maps each question or score to a field.
- If you want automation, your admin adds a record-triggered Flow on the scored response. You do not have to build a Flow to run a survey.
Watch a survey answer land on the Case
Real product, sample data · 60 seconds, with captions. A customer answers a short survey about their support case. The score, the answer and the comment land in fields on that Case. Then a record-triggered Flow, built by the admin, opens a follow-up Task because the score is low.

Questions and answers
Do I need Zapier, Workato or MuleSoft to get survey answers into Salesforce?
Not with AutoSurvey. The survey runs inside your Salesforce org, and each response is a Salesforce record when the respondent submits. No integration platform or sync job sits between the response and the record.
Do I have to build a Flow to use AutoSurvey?
No. The survey runs on an Experience Cloud or Lightning page with no Flow at all, and you can send from a Campaign or a pasted list without building anything. Flow is how you go deeper: one action sends invitations from any record-triggered process, and a record-triggered Flow on the scored response adds the routing and follow-up.
