← Switch to AutoSurvey

Bring your Typeform survey into Salesforce — without rebuilding it by hand.

Typeform is a good form builder, but it's a separate system from your CRM data. Import your questions and answer choices, and AutoSurvey rebuilds it as a native survey — every response becomes a Salesforce record the moment someone submits, not a webhook payload waiting on a sync job.

What Typeform doesn't do once your CRM is in the picture

Responses arrive as payloads, not records

A Typeform submission is a webhook call or a CSV row. Turning that into a reportable Salesforce record is plumbing you have to build and maintain.

Personalizing from CRM data means custom work

Prefilling a Typeform from a Contact or Case record isn't native — it's hidden fields and URL parameters you wire up yourself.

It can't branch on your Salesforce process

Typeform logic branches on answers inside the form. It can't fire a Flow, update a Case, or route a Task on its own.

How it works

Paste it in, and it comes back as a native Salesforce survey.

1

Paste or connect your Typeform — an exported form or a connected account.

2

AutoSurvey rebuilds it natively — questions and choices recreated as a real AutoSurvey survey.

3

Responses are Salesforce records the moment someone submits, not a webhook payload waiting on a sync job.

What actually moves, and what doesn't

The importer moves your survey definition — the questions and choices. Logic jumps and branching don't carry over in v1 and need to be rebuilt as Flow logic. It does not automatically pull over your historical responses. Those stay in Typeform (or wherever you've exported them) until you move them separately.

Want that response history backfilled into Salesforce as records too? The founding-partner program can help with that kind of migration.

Questions people ask about moving from Typeform

What does the importer actually bring over?

Your questions and choice options. AutoSurvey rebuilds a native survey definition from what you had in Typeform, rather than embedding the original form. Logic jumps don't carry over in v1 — rebuild any branching as Flow logic in the destination survey.

What happens to my historical responses?

The importer moves your survey definition, not your response history. Existing responses stay in Typeform (or wherever you've exported them) until you move them separately.

Does this handle Typeform's more visual question types?

The core question types map over. The more visual or interactive Typeform formats are still being checked against real exports, so double-check those after import.

Do I need a developer to connect this to Salesforce?

No — the survey runs natively inside your Salesforce org, not through a separate integration you have to maintain.

Can I keep using Typeform for other surveys?

Yes. Moving one survey to AutoSurvey doesn't require moving everything at once.
